About Johnson State College

Johnson State College, or JSC, is a small public liberal arts college in Johnson, which is a town in Lamoille County, in the US state of Vermont, with over 3000 people, living within its limits, at the time of the 2000 census.

The college was established in 1828 and was founded by John Chesamore. It is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, and offers its students undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as continuing education, teaching licensure, and external degree programs.

Athletics

JSC's athletic teams are known as the Badgers and they compete in NCAA Division III. Their distinctive colors are green, navy and white.
